Major Leadership Highlight
My roles in the Graduate and Professional Student Senate have been central to my leadership and service activities at West Virginia University. During 2024-2025, I served as President of GPSS, representing and advocating for graduate and professional students across WVU.
Under my leadership, GPSS was awarded the 2024–2025 Outstanding Graduate Student Organization Award by WVU Student Engagement and Leadership at the 2025 Student Organization Excellence Awards. This recognition highlighted GPSS’s work in advocacy, inclusion, empowerment, and student community-building.
To the best of my knowledge as of May 2026, this was the first and only time GPSS received this award, making the 2024–2025 term a milestone year for the organization.
